Payroll & HR Administration Specialist 60-100% (m/f/d)

For a successful industrial company, we are looking for a committed personality as a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist (60-100%).

Tasks

• Independent responsibility for monthly payroll processing
• Administrative support of the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Maintenance of personnel master data as well as management of personnel files
• Processing of mutations, absences, and time management topics
• Contact person for employees and supervisors regarding questions on payroll, social insurance, and HR administration
• Support in HR projects and process optimizations
• Cooperation with internal and external bodies

Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further education in human resources, payroll, or social insurance area is an advantage
• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing and HR administration
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance
• Experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Independent, exact, and structured way of working
• High discretion and sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented personality with a confident appearance
