Family Companion 40-60%

We provide specific socio-pedagogical support for families. With our offers, we strengthen parental educational and relational competence. As part of outreach family work, we support multiply burdened families in educational and everyday issues in their living and residential area. To expand our dynamic team, we are looking for a Family Companion 40-60% as of August 2026 or by personal agreement. Your interesting tasks in independent coordination: • Support and promotion of families and individuals in difficult life situations • Promoting parental educational competence • Promotion and support in coping with everyday problems • Development of individual solution and practical approaches • Mediating instruments for constructive handling of crises and conflicts • Collaboration with specialists and authorities • Conducting conversations, documentation, and reporting Requirements: • Completed training in social pedagogy or comparable qualification at tertiary level • Experience in working with families • Experience with children and adolescents is an advantage • Flexibility, resilience, team ability, and communication strength You can expect • Flexible working hours • Home office possibility • Own car is an advantage • The area of operation is Schwyz, St. Gallen, and Glarus Please send your application electronically by 31.07.2026 to c.winet@spfmarchlinth.ch The head of department C.
