HVAC Project Manager Technician 100% ## Mission: ### • Manage and pilot HVAC projects from the study phase to the handover of works • Ensure the technical, financial, and administrative monitoring of construction sites • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and subcontractors • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety requirements • Participate in site meetings and ensure relations with the various stakeholders • Prepare execution files in collaboration with the Technical Office • Participate in the preparation of offers, tenders, and commercial negotiations • Monitor costs, invoicing, margins, and project profitability • Coordinate purchases related to construction sites and participate in the choice of suppliers • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and partners Profile: ### • CFC heating installer or building technology heating designer • Higher education (federal certificate, federal diploma, or ES diploma) an asset • Proven experience in the management and monitoring of HVAC projects, ideally on large-scale projects • Solid skills in technical and financial project management • Excellent organizational, anticipation, and coordination skills • Comfortable with standard IT tools (Office); Win-OD and AutoCAD are advantages • Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • French native language, German B2 or more appreciated What we offer you: • An evolving environment favorable to the balance between professional and private life • The social benefits of a modern company, equity of treatment, professional development possibilities • A strong spirit of cohesion and a team proud to collaborate "Together, we move towards success" Need additional information?
