Our residents, our external day guests, and our people with support needs are at the center of our actions and creations. The housekeeping department has a wide field of meaningful activities, both in the laundry and in cleaning. In both areas, we work closely with the specialist teams and can thus find suitable work for all people entrusted to us and live inclusion and participation daily.

We look forward to you, an open and cheerful personality, who succeeds well in guiding, integrating, and appropriately promoting the currently 43 people in need of care with an appreciative and empathetic manner.

Wagerenhof
The Stiftung Wagerenhof (lovingly called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers accompanied workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. The special features of the Wagerenhof include its size and village character, which enables space for encounters. For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:

• Support, accompaniment, and promotion of employees with a disability
• Needs- and resource-oriented support in work accompaniment
• Maintaining resident documentation, such as progress reports
• Key person work
• Administrative activities with knowledge of common Office programs

This is what we desire:

• We desire a trained work agogist. Should you not have this training, but have a lot of work experience, we are also pleased
• Basic professional training in housekeeping - cleaning, laundry, or building maintenance
• Joy in guiding and accompanying employees with support needs in their daily work in housekeeping
• Constructive cooperation with the specialist teams and a strong interdisciplinary understanding
• Strong social skills and a good physical and mental constitution
• Open communication style and the ability for self-reflection
