At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees contribute daily to our homes. Diploma Nurse 50 - 100 %# You want to contribute to the daily life of our residents - especially people with dementia - with heart and competence? Then we are looking for precisely you, immediately or by agreement, as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You take care of our residents with dementia with empathy and respect in their home. • You implement care measures in a competent manner and support residents in daily activities. • You regularly assume responsibility for the day and support your colleagues in daily care. • You observe changes in the state of health, transmit relevant information and carefully document it in the care process. • You work in morning and evening shifts until 21:15 and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Our requirements: • You have completed training as a diploma nurse HF or equivalent recognized training in Switzerland. • You ideally have professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people. • You have experience in using RAI LTCF. • You are a team-oriented person with a great sense of responsibility. • You master computer systems and have good oral and written knowledge of German.
