At Agathon, we train young people for trades and are looking for a committed mechanical vocational training manager who will introduce our apprentices to the world of mechanics.

Here are your missions:

• Management of the training workshop
• Carrying out basic training and specialized training for apprentices in the fields of manual and conventional manufacturing as well as CNC manufacturing, including inter-company courses
• Planning and organization of midterm and final exams
• Responsibility for the budget and cost centers
• Coordination with specialized departments
• Recruitment of apprentices, including conducting career orientation days and introductory internships
• Planning and organization of various vocational training events

What you bring:

• A completed training as a poly-mechanic CFC or an equivalent qualification
• Continuing education as a manager of inter-company courses in the main trade or willingness to follow it
• Several years of experience in vocational training, ideally related to the mechanical industry
• High social competence, strong pedagogical skills and pleasure in transmitting knowledge
• Experience in team management
• Entrepreneurial spirit, networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Patience, empathy and team spirit are also part of your strengths
