You take care of the preparation and transformation of food products, as well as the cooking of food. You rigorously manage stocks and take charge of internal and external orders. You supervise the kitchen helpers and ensure the maintenance of quality and the fluidity of service. You guarantee scrupulous compliance with food safety standards. You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment. What you bring: You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, thus demonstrating solid expertise. You possess good knowledge of French.
