For Le Manoir in the Bern region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Team Lead Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII 70-100%   Your tasks • Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 14 guests • Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes, and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP • Assumption of tasks as daily responsibility • Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees Your profile • Completed training as a Registered Nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage • Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable or interest in further training in this area • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage Why Tertianum?
