Project Manager - Architect at 80%

The Architecture Service's mission is to manage architectural projects for renovation, transformation, or construction, taking success objectives into account. It provides architectural services as an internal mandate for small or medium-scale projects from the preliminary study phase to the completion of warranty work. In this context, the Architecture Service (SDA) is looking for a:

Project Manager - Architect at 80%

Your main missions
Manage architectural projects for renovation, transformation, or construction. Provide architectural services as an internal mandate, particularly regarding preliminary studies. Prepare notes, preliminary opinions, and reports (technical, need justification files) to allow political bodies to make decisions. Contribute to the processing of files related to built heritage and those falling under construction police.

Your profile
You are an HES or EPF architect or hold a title deemed equivalent;
You benefit from a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing important and/or complex projects.
You have good knowledge of public procurement legislation.
You have advanced IT knowledge of MS Project, Word, and Excel software.
You have a sensitivity to quality architecture and respect for built heritage.
You have a great capacity for expertise when facing the work of your peers.
You have the ease of asserting yourself as a leader in your field.
You have the ability to lead multidisciplinary meetings.
Experience representing the client would be an asset
