PrewaPlast AG has been developing and manufacturing high-quality, technically demanding components in plastic injection molding for over 80 years. For our experienced team, we are looking for a committed personality for the repair, maintenance, and optimization of our injection molding tools.

Toolmaker injection molding 80% – 100% (a)

Your tasks

• Repair, maintenance, and servicing of injection molding tools
• Assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and optimization of injection molding tools
• Mechanical processing of tool components on turning, grinding, and EDM machines
• Replacement and adjustment of mold inserts in existing tools
• Independent programming, setup, and operation of machine tools
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs
• Manufacturing, testing, and adjustment of individual parts for injection molding tools
• Error analysis and sustainable resolution of tool problems
• Participation in optimization projects to improve quality, service life, and process reliability

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or comparable technical training
• Experience in mold making, tool maintenance, or plastic injection molding
• Good knowledge of mechanical processing and CNC technology
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, and sense of responsibility
