Communication & Change Management Project Officer

Apply About the role ## This role consists of structuring and deploying the communication strategy to support digital change. You will work in close collaboration with project management to coordinate messages intended for legal partners and the population. As a Communication & Change Management Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and organizational operations of the project. You will be responsible for updating the action plan, monitoring the schedule, and coordinating communication actions within the framework of the institution's digital transformation. Tasks ## • Continuously prepare and update the communication action plan. • Identify target audiences, key messages, distribution channels, and associated objectives. • Drive the project through the preparation and rigorous maintenance of monitoring tables and the schedule. • Coordinate actions transversally between communication, change management, training, and deployment. • Process, analyze, and prepare analysis reports (survey results, stakeholder mapping). • Participate in raising awareness and informing users and the population about the progress of the project. We are looking for ## • Student at HEG or HES in digital marketing, web design, or marketing assistance • Advanced mastery of the Office Suite • Ability to structure an action plan and ensure project monitoring • French at native language level To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Change-oriented • Social • Responsible • Intellectually curious Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
