To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed commercial employee (m/f) by arrangement. Tasks

• Processing orders from our domestic and international customers
• Writing export papers using PASSAR
• Purchasing new containers from domestic and international sources
• Maintenance and administration of customer and supplier data
• Creation of reports and statistics
• General administrative activities to support the team

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Enjoyment of numbers and customer/supplier contact
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 / MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
• Organizational skills, reliability and an independent way of working
• Friendly and professional appearance
