Job Description

Are you interested in the combination of administration, technology and a pharmaceutical environment? Then a varied task awaits you with us with diverse touchpoints with internal specialist departments, external partners and authorities.

• You take over administrative tasks in the technical and scientific environment and ensure structured and reliable filing and processing of information.
• You create and process tables, maintain databases, fill out forms and compile the documentation required for various processes.
• You support the creation of technical reports, meeting minutes and presentation documents and coordinate their contents with the responsible division management.
• You keep an eye on relevant deadlines and dates in connection with official submissions and support their coordination.
• As a communicative interface, you are in contact with internal specialist departments, authorities and external cooperation partners.
• In doing so, you communicate in German, English or French depending on the contact person.

Desired Profile

For this position, we are looking for a person with a commercial qualification and professional experience from pharma, who likes to work in a structured manner and also finds their way quickly in a demanding environment.

Ideally, you possess:

• a commercial basic training and 1-3 years of experience from the pharma or chemical industry
• good digital user knowledge and confident handling of Microsoft Office
• very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; French skills are welcome
• interest in herbal and anthroposophic medicines
• a reliable and independent way of working as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility for your own tasks
• strong organizational talent and a good eye for priorities
• a communicative, team-oriented and solution-oriented personality who also keeps an overview in work-intensive situations
