Your tasks

• Competent and friendly advice to customers
• Receipt, recording, and processing of customer orders
• Support in goods procurement and goods presentation
• Assistance with warehouse management
• Close cooperation with internal departments and logistics
• Customer-oriented processing of inquiries and complaints
• General administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction industry
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Sales and commercial skills are an advantage
• Strong communication and reliable personality
• Independent and structured way of working
