As a committed individual, your tasks include: * Independent work regarding renovations of wood parquet floors * Painting and plastering work for all properties * Maintenance and upkeep work on machines and technical facilities * Initial intervention and fault rectification for infrastructural systems, devices and machines * Provision of infrastructure for events * Cleaning work * Garden and outdoor facility maintenance As a motivated individual, your profile includes: * Completed vocational training in the craft of painter/plasterer or equivalent technical vocational training with EFZ * Experience in building technology (HVAC, automation) * Organizational flair and independent way of working as well as teamwork skills * Readiness for on-call services * Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office programs * Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting * Driving license Cat.
