The Regionalgericht and the Schlichtungsbehörde Oberland offer court internships within the meaning of the Ordinance on the Bar Examination.
The focus of the Regionalgericht Oberland's field of activity is in the civil law area. It also deals with criminal cases and assumes certain tasks as a coercive measures court. The Schlichtungsbehörde Oberland deals exclusively with disputes of civil law.

Your tasks

• Legal work in the field of civil and/or criminal law and/or at the Schlichtungsbehörde (depending on the job description of the position)
• Preparation and recording of minutes of hearings
• Drafting written decisions and justifications
• Legal clarifications

Your profile

• Completed legal education as MLaw
• Ideally practical legal experience
• Good MS Office knowledge as well as fast typing skills
