Technical Coordinator HLKSE+

You coordinate and lead HLKSE planning projects in the field of building services and assume technical responsibility for spatial technical coordination.

Tasks

• Independent management of HLKSE planning projects in spatial technical coordination
• Technical responsibility for spatial technical coordination and co-design of BIM methods
• Project management of medium-sized projects with increased complexity in one trade (HLKSE+)
• Leadership and coaching of the project team
• Determination of the proportion of technical coordination and project management
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Basic training in a technical trade HLKSE, ideally with further training in the BIM area
• Basic vocational training as a building services planner EFZ or in the electrical field
• Subject-specific further training at FH, HF or federal diploma level
• Practical experience in spatial technical coordination and planning of building services projects
• Revit knowledge in building services is an advantage
• Interest in integrated HLKSE concepts, BIM methods and digitalization
