Your missions

Reporting to the head of the "Justice et sécurité" sector, you will lead the IT component of the e-Justice program of the Etat de Fribourg and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the judicial authorities. At the head of a portfolio composed of several projects conducted in parallel, you guarantee the achievement of objectives, the coherence of solutions, risk management, as well as alignment with the IT strategy of the State. Strategic steering of the program

  • Lead the e-Justice program and implement its multi-year roadmap in perfect collaboration with the business program manager

  • Proven experience in the simultaneous management of several interdependent projects

  • Experience with Agile environments applied to the development of software solutions
  • Experience in public or judicial administration: a plus
