Sales Manager (w/m/d) 100 %

Requirements:

• You have a completed commercial or technical basic training and ideally further training in sales.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the cleaning industry (mandatory).
• You have sound experience in the sale of services in B2B and convince with clear communication.
• You are proficient in creating offers & calculations and bring a strong flair for numbers for comprehensible prices and offers.
• You have very good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abacus is an advantage).
• You have very good German, French, and English skills.

Main tasks:

• You actively acquire new customers and systematically expand existing customer relationships – Switzerland-wide in the areas of special cleaning and maintenance cleaning.
• You conduct customer consultations and quality discussions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• You undertake inspection and consultation appointments on-site and take into account the individual requirements of the customers.
• You create, calculate, and finalize offers as well as orders for all business areas and follow them up consistently.
• You conduct contract negotiations and close orders by specifically following up on offers until the closing rate.
• You ensure a smooth handover of the won orders to the operational areas so that the start at the customer is guaranteed to succeed.
