It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their entourage and the care network. YOUR MISSION

• Perform medico-delegated care at the home of people presenting a state of physical or mental dependence or a disability.
• Support the CMS multidisciplinary team in the management of client situations.
• Integrate concepts of health promotion and prevention into practice.

PROFILE

• CFC as ASSC (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Interest in the field of home care
• Ability to adapt to changes and reactivity in the face of crisis situations
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Flexibility in working hours
• Driver's license (mandatory)
