With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for an experienced job coach person who manages cases independently with curiosity and joy, maintains an overview in complex situations, and accompanies young people with patience and perseverance. What you do with us You manage your own clients. From the status analysis through goal agreements and constructive measures to integration into the first professional and labor market, you accompany the process professionally, bindingly, and independently. You help decide. You determine, based on professional reasons and in exchange with the team, which learning partners and specialist offices work is carried out with. You hold the system together. Clients, training companies, vocational schools, practitioners, legal guardians, and clients/commissioners bring different perspectives. You moderate, negotiate, and enable viable decisions within the system. You open up follow-up solutions. You find structural development, work trials, taster, internship, and apprenticeship positions in the first labor market not just in a database, but through relationships that you build and maintain. You document precisely and on time. Your progress reports, status reports, and final reports create transparency for clients/commissioners and document successful integration processes in writing. You help shape things. We continue to develop processes, methodology, and work tools together. Anyone who sees a good alternative solution contributes it. We are also ambitious regarding the topic of AI and want to move forward as a team. What you bring with you Experience counts: You have many years of job coach practice in working with young adults in the first labor market. Sound education: A tertiary degree as well as training as a coach (ideally with a systemic-solution-oriented orientation) makes you our expert. Networking: Your contacts in the education and working world are a big plus. Experience with larger educational institutions such as: training companies, training company associations, OdAs, etc. is particularly valuable. Structure & Creativity: You work organized, think and act outside the box, and actively contribute to the team.
