Job Description ##

We are recruiting an AI People & Asset Technician to ensure the performance, HSEQ compliance and development of resources in a Lean production sector.

You will have the technical, organizational, financial and managerial responsibility for small production lines or ancillary activities. You will drive operational performance, support continuous improvement initiatives and supervise team leaders to guarantee the availability of the skills necessary for the proper functioning of the sector.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with HSEQ regulations, standards and procedures, particularly in change management and abnormal situations.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan, in close coordination with planning teams and support functions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of production lines: yield, efficiency, OEE, operational costs, quality and safety.
• Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI), notably through digital tools and MES parameterization.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and actively contribute to OpEx initiatives, such as A3 and Tier approaches.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in a structured manner, with maintenance, logistics, planning and development teams.
• Write and maintain operational procedures; contribute to work planning and the optimization of sector activities.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate team leaders; ensure monitoring of performance, objectives and employee development.
• Define resource and skill requirements, develop versatility and ensure training planning.
• Organize the onboarding and follow-up of newcomers, trainees, apprentices and temporary employees.

Qualifications ##

Required

• CFC as a chemical and pharmaceutical production technologist, or training deemed equivalent completed by significant professional experience.
• Proven experience in a production environment subject to high HSEQ requirements.
• Imperative experience in managing a team of at least five people.
• Good knowledge of HSEQ standards and operational risk management.
• Good understanding of production processes and IT systems used in an industrial environment.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems in a structured manner and challenge the status quo.
• Leadership, sense of organization and ability to communicate with impact in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage priorities, stress and emergency situations.
• Proficiency in basic IT tools; knowledge of production management tools and MES is an asset.
• Good level of spoken and written English desired.
