For one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking company based in the Montagnes Neuchâteloises, we are looking, in order to strengthen its production teams :

Watch Component Quality Controller (M/F)

Your responsibilities :

• Perform dimensional, aesthetic and functional controls of watch components according to defined plans, control ranges and quality criteria
• Identify defects and non-conformities, decide on the conformity of parts and ensure their follow-up until their processing
• Ensure the entry and follow-up of control data in computer systems, while guaranteeing the traceability of operations
• Collaborate with quality and production teams by sharing the information necessary for quality follow-up
• Actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing optimizations of control methods, quality criteria and processes

Your profile :

• Technical training, ideally completed by a TQ1
• Proven experience in quality control in the watchmaking sector (mandatory !)
• Excellent mastery of reading plans
• Good knowledge of conventional measuring instruments as well as 3D control means (Keyence, Zeiss)
• Mastery of IT tools and SAP
• Analytical spirit and capacity for judgment
• Sense of observation and attention to detail
• Willing to work in 2x8 teams
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous personality
