Night Watch 40-60%

Your tasks

Active support of our residents in the development of their self-competence and social belonging

Taking over basic care where help is needed, and instructing clients towards self-help

Preparing and checking medication

Carrying out report handovers

Taking over emergency management in medical emergencies

Reflection and documentation of work according to quality standards

Maintaining interdisciplinary cooperation as well as contact with the day service

Performing various administrative tasks

Your profile

You have training as a Fachperson Gesundheit or Fachperson Betreuung

Experience in nursing and care enables you to take competent and empathetic care of our residents

Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience characterize you; additionally, you work independently

Social competence, good empathy, and good powers of observation are among your strengths

You are characterized by the ability to handle criticism and conflict as well as a solution-oriented attitude

Good German language skills round off your profile
