Polymechanic as Assembly Team Coordinator

Activity

• Coordinate daily processes in the assembly team
• Clarify technical questions within the team
• Actively participate in KVP and V-KATA
• Target improvement of assembly and production processes
• Monitor deadlines, quality, safety and order

Requirements

• Technical basic training with completed vocational training certificate
• Further training as a team leader is considered a plus
• Several years of experience in complex assembly work
• Good IT user skills, ideally with SAP
• Very good German skills, English skills would be desirable
