Maintenance Manager (m-f)

Your mission

• Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians
• Monitor and apply EHS standards and working procedures within the factory
• Guarantee the availability of the installations as well as the optimal use of resources
• Organize, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work of the installations
• Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance
• Ensure the on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation
• Coordinate and support the operations of external companies

Your profile

• CFC agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicles or similar
• Federal diploma of maintenance agent or training deemed equivalent would be an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Ability to organize, supervise, unite and develop a team
• Mastery of IT tools (GMAO & SAP would be an asset)
• Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group
