Teamleader Electrical Cabinet Assembly (d/w/m)

Your tasks ###

• You are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of the electrical cabinet assembly team with around 10 employees, including their further development and know-how securing
• You ensure a high quality standard in assembly and guarantee the implementation of safety regulations
• You take responsibility for the coordination of assembly orders after planning has been completed and ensure the delivery dates and assembly costs
• You actively assist in daily business and work closely on projects for the further development of the department

Your profile ###

• You have a completed, technical basic training as an automation technician or similar and have ideally successfully completed further training in leadership
• You have several years of experience as a team leader in mechanical engineering
• You are a solution-oriented, assertive and communicative personality and enjoy facing new challenges
• Good user knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as good SAP knowledge are an advantage
• You communicate very well in German (written and oral), English skills are an advantage
