Job description ##

We are looking for two real estate development project managers on behalf of one of our clients, a leader in the construction field. You will join a multidisciplinary and established team in full development, active in Suisse Romande.

Missions:

• Lead and coordinate real estate development projects.
• Secure legal aspects: real estate/land law, lease law, contracts, administrative authorizations.
• Advise Management and teams on legal and regulatory risks.
• Draft, analyze and negotiate contracts related to projects.
• Monitor procedures, deadlines, budgets and legal compliance.
• Ensure relations with authorities, lawyers, notaries, banks and partners
• Depending on profile, project acquisition / business development

Profile sought:

• Higher education in real estate, architect or EPF/HES engineer
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar function in real estate.
• Very good mastery of Geneva and Swiss real estate law.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Rigor, analysis, prioritization and excellent writing skills.
• Interpersonal ease, sense of negotiation, advisory posture.
• French, English or German appreciated
