Outpatient Case Manager Endocrinology and Nutrition Center

Your tasks

• Coordination and preparation of consultation and examination appointments
• Processing and triage of incoming patient and GP calls
• Reception and care of patients
• Responsibility for the optimal organizational process of the outpatient patient process
• Various administrative activities (mail triage, email triage, scanning etc.)
• Collaboration in projects
• Independent performance of medical assessments and laboratory investigations
• General support of the medical staff during consultation hours

Your profile

• Completed training as an MPA, medical secretary, or KV with experience in the medical field or adequate training
• Good IT skills (all MS Office applications, hospital software etc.)
• Flawless German in spoken and written form. Good language skills in French and/or English are an advantage
• Very careful and exact way of working
• Appreciative, patient- and service-oriented conduct
• Flexible, resilient, proactive, and team-oriented personality
