In this role, you will take responsibility for diverse maintenance projects in an exciting catchment area -- from Feuerthalen to Fischenthal. You will manage your projects independently from planning to realization, coordinate different stakeholders, and ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are correct. Your tasks * You plan and organize our civil engineering and road maintenance projects from beginning to end. * You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality and keep an eye on your projects throughout all phases. * You coordinate planners, companies, and other project participants and ensure a smooth project process. * You represent the interests of the Canton towards municipalities, authorities, companies, and other stakeholders. * You ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications and ensure traceable project documentation. Your profile * You have training as a Civil Engineer (FH/ETH), Site Manager, or a comparable technical training and bring sound practical experience in civil engineering or road construction. * You organize and plan proactively and lead your projects independently to success. * You think economically, set priorities, and find viable solutions even with differing interests. * You appear confidently towards various stakeholders and communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group. * You work in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in demanding project situations.
