My Leukerbad AG is the operating organization of the most important service providers in Leukerbad. These include the Leukerbad Therme, the Torrent-Bahnen, the Sportarena, the Snowpark Sportarena, the LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad as well as Leukerbad Tourismus. In the gastronomy sector, we offer a seasonal position, possibly with the option of a year-round employment in the Restaurant Sportarena (sports groups, daycare, lunch service, individual guests, banquets, family ski area in winter). Your tasks: • co-responsible for the daily mise en place • preparation of cold and warm dishes • support with orders including incoming goods inspection, storage and transport • representation of the kitchen management if required • cleaning work and compliance with our hygiene and quality standards Your profile: • Completed training as a cook EFZ or proven several years of experience in the kitchen • passion and enjoyment for fresh and seasonal dishes and preparation of fresh foods • creativity in menu design • You are flexible in work deployment depending on need and time of day as well as seasonality or during events on the weekend
