In this versatile role, you will analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and actively participate in the implementation of innovative solutions.

Your task ##

• Analysis and documentation of business processes as well as derivation of requirements for IT solutions.
• Creation of specifications and concepts in close cooperation with the specialist departments and IT.
• Taking on the interface function between internal departments, external partners, and IT.
• Conducting workshops to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Support in the implementation and deployment of new systems or processes.
• Accompanying projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including testing and rollout.

Your profile ##

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the area of [client's industry].
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Knowledge in the application of business analysis methods and tools.
• Experience in agile project work is an advantage.
• Communicative personality with strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Business fluent German and good English skills.
