The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, ranging from injection-molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This allows us to remain agile, independent and efficient.

What you can achieve:

You support the smooth operation of our modern production and assembly processes and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing.

• Supporting production employees with technical questions
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions in the production environment
• Electronic and mechanical assembly as well as performing tests on assemblies and instruments
• Setting up and supervising production lines
• Participating in improvement projects to increase quality, safety and efficiency
• Contributing to the introduction of new products into production
• Supporting the creation and updating of work instructions and technical documentation
• Close cooperation with production, quality, engineering and logistics departments
• Supporting Lean and CIP activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable)
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Technical understanding of production processes
• Enjoyment in analyzing and solving technical challenges
• Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German skills and English skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
