GVZ Gebäudeversicherung Kanton Zürich has been insuring all buildings in the Canton of Zurich against fire and natural hazard damage for over 200 years and is committed to protecting people, animals, and assets through prevention and intervention. With our commitment to fire protection, natural hazard prevention, and fire departments, we ensure more safety in the Canton of Zurich.

For our insurance department, we are looking for dedicated support from now until the end of May 2027 to provide relief in the administration of the currently numerous claims inquiries and notifications.

How you can make an impact with us ###

• Answering telephone inquiries and providing relief in customer service
• Processing various customer inquiries via email and telephone
• General administrative work in connection with the processing of claim notifications
• Mutations and data processing in the claims processing system

What you bring to it ###

• Initial experience in the administrative field, insurance experience an advantage
• High service orientation, resilience, and flexibility
• Quick comprehension and friendly interaction with customers (telephone, email)
• Very high IT affinity (e.g., in handling MS Office)
• Open-minded, helpful, and dedicated personality
• Very good oral and written German skills mandatory
