What are your tasks? You are part of the production team in Werk II and, within your area of responsibility, you are responsible for the independent and on-time production of the assigned products in flawless quality according to the daily program. Together with your foreman colleagues and the plant manager, you ensure a high customer service level, high productivity, as well as the exemplary compliance with all health and safety measures and discipline. You directly lead the production employees in your technical area of responsibility in daily operations, assign production orders, and ensure compliance with the daily program in coordination with the AVOR department. Together with the plant manager, you decide on overtime in daily operations, and within your technical area of responsibility, you are responsible for the proper use of the machines and tools provided, as well as their exemplary cleaning and maintenance. You proactively report malfunctions and breakdowns and make suggestions for improvement. What do you bring with you? You have solid technical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of all relevant production machines in the locksmithing department. You possess currently valid welding certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1 for the MAG process for butt welds and fillet welds on steel (PA, PB). Additionally, an operator's test for automatic MAG welding on welding robot systems according to EN ISO 14732, as well as additional qualifications for stainless steels in the same positions, is an advantage. You have manual dexterity and a good understanding of processes. If you can communicate in German and the understanding of technical terms in locksmithing is a matter of course for you, then you are our new foreman. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
