You will support and report directly to the member of the Group Management of the Processing division as: Business Controller/-in m/w/d 100% Your tasks: Analysis and controlling of all production plants in the area Definition and coordination of processes Introduction, maintenance, and standardization of business reports Further development of Business Intelligence (BI) Definition, preparation, and analysis of key figures Monthly, quarterly, annual statistics and analyses Project controlling (coordination, monitoring, support) Interface function to other areas Special projects in the core area Strategic planning and analysis of the business Support and advice to the member of the Group Management Your profile: Strong business thinking and know-how Sound knowledge in the finance and controlling environment as well as confident handling of relevant key figures Ability to prepare complex figures and results in an understandable way and present them appropriately for the target audience Strong technical understanding of the manufacturing industry as well as the ability to derive figures and facts from it High IT affinity and confident handling of various IT systems and applications Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong understanding of numbers Strong analytical and structured way of thinking and proceeding Assertiveness paired with constructive and goal-oriented communication High degree of self-responsibility and strong sense of responsibility Experience with Lean principles is an advantage Languages: German and English are required.
