Communication with retail customers regarding ordering and incorrect deliveries. Collaboration with the Key Account Retail in relation to articles and prices. Creation of credit notes and recharges for Key Account customers as well as close collaboration with the accounting department. Ongoing maintenance of all relevant documentation. Your profile Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Confident handling of MS Office.
