Cook EFZ (m/f/d) temporary until end of November 100%

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a specialist for a restaurant directly at Hallwilersee. The position is temporary until the end of November, as the kitchen will be extensively renovated in December.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of fresh à la carte dishes in daily service operations
• Independent management of your own station
• Organization and preparation of the mise-en-place
• Ensuring smooth processes during service times
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Supporting the team in all areas of the kitchen

Your profile:

• Completed cook training EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Experience in à la carte gastronomy
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Resilient and flexible in the service business
• Team-oriented personality with practical understanding
• Own car mandatory, as the business is not reachable by public transport.
