Innovative products, customer-specific solutions, and a powerful service and support organization have made SKAN a market leader and an important partner for industry and research laboratories.     At a glance    As a consultant in the PLM environment, you are the contact person in the team for everything related to projects and 2nd level support for the further development and implementation of our PLM solutions. As part of our consulting team, you are responsible for the functional and technical deployment of the software and accompany the further development of the solutions in the context of SAP S/4HANA, PRO.File and other applications. The diverse and competent team is already looking forward to your support.     Tasks    • Operation and further development of various SAP peripheral systems that map the lifecycle of our products  • Support and administration of the application PRO.FILE 10 from Procad • Integration of these systems with SAP ERP as well as consulting for the associated SAP modules • (Partial) project management in innovation projects, rollouts and the introduction of further systems • Assumption of support activities and change management • Conducting basic and advanced training for our employees • Management of external partners in support and project work     Hardskills   • University/college degree in the field of computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in the field of Application Engineering  • Very good knowledge of .NET 4.x, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL, Entity Framework, XML, LINQ, Visual Studio 2017 • Good knowledge of VBA in Microsoft Office 2010  • Good knowledge of CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS (version 2019 or higher) • SAP knowledge (SAP standard connectors) is an advantage • Solution-oriented way of working (e.g. Scrum) • Business fluent in German and English • Knowledge in the application of PRO.FILE 10 from Procad is desirable     Softskills   • Good team player, competence for cross-departmental cooperation • Independent, responsible and structured working style • "Hands-on mentality" • Confident and secure appearance • Assertiveness and conflict management skills with a simultaneous willingness to compromise • High resilience, stress resistance and flexibility       We offer   • An open and collegial corporate culture • Freedom for ideas • Participation in sports and leisure activities • Promotion through further training, especially at our SKAN Academy • Intensive and job-oriented induction • Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies • Open communication policy • 5 weeks of vacation and the possibility of additional vacation days     Further information   We look forward to receiving your complete application documents (CV, diplomas and work certificates), which you can submit directly via our career page.
