Responsibilities

• Ensure the polishing and satin finishing of the entire case as well as the bracelet of watches returned to after-sales service, according to the original finish
• Perform rigorous self-checks and precise inspections to guarantee uncompromising quality according to defined criteria
• Carry out washing and cleaning operations of the various components, thus preserving the luster and durability of the materials
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our performance indicators

Skills ##

Profile

• CFC in watchmaking decoration or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an after-sales service workshop
• Mastery of an IT system related to the trade
• Manual skill, precision, meticulousness, finesse and dexterity during the execution of tasks
• Good analytical sense and ability to work independently
• Customer orientation, listening skills, open-mindedness, rigor and sense of organization
• Consistency, attendance, autonomy, with a strong team spirit, versatility and flexibility
