As a Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ Gesundheit, you will hold a central position in the administrative area of the healthcare sector. You will work in areas such as patient disposition, patient administration, human resources, finance and accounting, as well as the central warehouse.

As a regional hospital/acute care hospital with emergency services, nursing home, and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Just as important to us is the well-being of our employees. With us, you will work in a manageable operation that is nonetheless extremely important for the region. Training Process

• Three-year training with completion as Kaufmann/Kauffrau with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• Training at three learning locations: training company, vocational school, and inter-company courses
• Competencies to be acquired: professional action, general administrative work, logistics, personnel administration, tariff systems, insurance, business management key figures, rights and duties, data protection

• Completed compulsory schooling
• Good German language skills
• Good oral and written expression
• Good comprehension, networked thinking
• Team and organizational skills
• Good manners as well as customer-oriented behavior
• Empathy
• Joy in working on the computer
• Flair for numbers
