To strengthen our team in our outpatient clinic at the location in Aarau, we are looking for you as an Assistant Physician / Assistant Physician Outpatient Clinic Aarau 80-100% starting 1. September 2026 or 1. November 2026 or by arrangement. The Center for Outpatient Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Center Director Dr. med. Katrin Hanno) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof. Dr. med. ). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers local psychiatric care for the population in the Canton of Aargau. The center includes four outpatient clinics with specialist consultations, group therapies and work coaching, as well as four day centers in which adult patients are treated. Furthermore, the center includes the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the "Praxis für Ihre psychische Gesundheit" in Zofingen. Profile You possess a Federal Medical Diploma or a foreign diploma in human medicine recognized by MEBEKO You have two years of inpatient experience in the field of psychiatry and preferably have already completed the foreign year You have German as a native language or very good German skills in speaking and writing, at least language level C1 You are in advanced psychotherapeutic training You are resilient, communicative and team-oriented and have a deep interest in the rapidly evolving discipline of psychiatry and psychotherapy Tasks You will independently take responsibility for assessments and treatments of adults with psychiatric illnesses and, if necessary, participate in the group psychotherapy pilot project You will create the necessary treatment documentation and specialist reports and bill the services rendered according to TARDOC You will carry out treatments in individual and multi-person settings for patients with various mental disorders You will work closely with a multi-professional treatment team and with insurers/payers and employers as well as other institutions You will participate in on-call services within the framework of the PDAG service concept (approx. 6 weekend days per year at 100% workload) Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
