For our residential group, we are looking from 1 January 2027 or by agreement for a person of character who accompanies our 16 clients daily with heart and expertise.

Your area of activity

• Reference person: You individually accompany adults in managing their daily lives and keep an eye on the support plan.
• Network: You are the interface with doctors, authorities and relatives.
• Daily animator: From support in practical tasks to the organization of leisure activities - you are close to the people.
• Responsible: In the evening and on weekends, you are (on rotation) the contact point for emergencies throughout the entire institution.

• You have training in social work (FH/HF) or are a registered nurse (specialty psychiatry).
• You like to work autonomously, keep your calm in stressful moments and appreciate working in a well-coordinated team of 8 people.
• Irregular hours (between 06:45 and 21:15) suit your life. On average, you only work two weekend shifts per month - no night shifts!
• You possess a category B driving license.
