What you can achieve ## • You will take over the recording and control of container slips and ensure a correct database. • Monthly, you reconcile the balances of our transport aids with customers, suppliers and other partners. • You create the balance lists and container proofs and take care of their dispatch. • You carefully check incoming balance confirmations and, if necessary, create the invoicing for various transport aids. • As a central contact and coordination point, you support internal and external contact persons with questions regarding the balances and processes of our load carriers. • With evaluations, invoice reconciliation and other administrative activities, you support smooth operations and the further development of our THM pool. What you bring with you ## • You have a basic commercial or logistical education, for example in the commercial field, in logistics, in retail or as a driver. • Ideally, you already have experience from logistics, freight forwarding, dispatching or a comparable administrative function. • Numbers, lists and reconciliations do not deter you - on the contrary: You enjoy working precisely, structurally and reliably. • You are confident in using the common Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP is an advantage for you. • You enjoy communicating with various internal and external contact persons and maintain an overview even with several open topics. • You are proficient in written and spoken German. French and/or Italian skills are desired for this function and will support you in communicating with our various contact persons.
