For a family-run general contractor focusing on planning, project development, and execution of new builds and renovations, we are looking for a Project Manager (female/male) for the earliest possible start date.

Overall responsibility for construction projects from the first design to completion.

Main tasks

• Overall responsibility for planning, development, and execution of construction projects
• Management and coordination of all parties involved in construction (architects, engineers, craftsmen, specialist planners)
• Ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets
• Contract management as well as communication with clients and authorities
• Monitoring construction progress and conducting inspections
• Leading the project team and ensuring cooperation

Requirements

• Completed training in construction (civil engineer, architect, construction technician) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally in the area of general contracting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High problem-solving and organizational competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Resilience and assertiveness
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, construction administration programs)
• Driver's license category B
• German native language
