New Product Planner

• 03 July 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • Le Sentier WE ARE RECRUITING # NEW PRODUCT PLANNER Located in our Le Sentier, Switzerland manufacturing facility. For our manufacturing facility located in Le Sentier and within our industrial management department, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the production of new products (prototypes and first series). HOW WILL YOU HAVE AN IMPACT? Pilot the planning of new products • Develop and monitor production plans to ensure the availability of new products while respecting deadline and volume objectives, • Ensure the coordination of component needs required for launches, Secure the supply chain and deadlines • Anticipate risks, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary actions to secure deadlines, • Communicate project progress, product availability, and provide reliable visibility to various stakeholders, • Identify critical milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for each project. • Ensure regular updates of schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders. Coordinate project stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence • Be the privileged logistics contact for project teams throughout the new product development cycle, • Collaborate with Methods teams to ensure the reliability of nomenclatures and needs in systems, • Monitor specific needs related to events, trade shows, and other strategic launches, • Participate in continuous process improvement and optimization of supply chain performance. THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS! • With a higher education in Supply Chain (Bachelor/Master) with a specialization in logistics, you have at least 2 years of experience in planning in an industrial environment. • You are autonomous and have a solid analytical and proposal capacity. You enjoy working in a team and have a field-based approach. • You master the Office suite and particularly Excel • Knowledge of one or more ERPs and experience in continuous improvement projects are additional assets that you can claim.
