In the Finance & Infrastructure department, we are looking for a qualified

Specialist Facility Management & Operational Safety (80–100%)

per immediately or by arrangement

What we expect

• Technical maintenance of various infrastructure components such as heat generation, electrical systems, ventilation systems, fire alarm systems, refrigeration systems, etc.
• Independent execution of repair and maintenance work, including documentation
• Organization, coordination, and inspection of external maintenance and repair work, obtaining quotes, and checking work reports
• Support of the SiBe
• Person transport to and from the SBB Frick station

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade (specialization in building services technology), preferably the electrical industry
• Driver's license Kat. D1
• Further training as a maintenance specialist or several years of experience in these areas is desirable
• High affinity for building services technology and digital systems
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Languages: German (native language), English knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and flexible personality with enjoyment of agricultural topics
