What you move * You are responsible for the security of sales staff, of monetary values and goods * You work closely with internal and external partners * You proactively investigate indications of abusive actions by employees and third parties and are responsible for the securing of evidence * You actively participate in various theme-related projects * You conduct security training in the branches * You implement technical security measures in the branches What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) * Specialization: Preferably police training and additionally a commercial further education * Professional experience: 3 years of professional experience in this or a comparable function * You are ready to perform a high level of travel * Confident appearance in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders * Sound knowledge in the areas of criminal law, criminal procedure law and conducting investigations * Confident handling of MS Office programs * German (C1) * French (B1) What we offer you * Part of the Migros-Gruppe: Strong, firmly anchored in retail brand under the roof of the Migros-Gruppe * Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 5 weeks longer baby break (19 weeks) for mothers and that at 100% salary.
