Head of Hospitality, Gastronomy, Textiles (80%)

Your area of responsibility

• Organizational, technical and personnel management of the area of Hospitality, Gastronomy and Textiles
• Ensuring high service quality, hygiene, service and efficient processes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and participation in project groups
• Continuous process improvement and innovative further development of the area
• Responsibility for the budget, resources and cost control as well as participation in investment and infrastructure projects
• Operational cooperation to ensure modern and efficient workflows

You bring with you

• Completed training as Betriebsleiter:in Facility Management HF or as Bereichsleiter:in Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft with gastgewerblichem Fähigkeitsausweis or a comparable training
• Experience in operational and planning tasks as well as enjoyment of versatile activities and entrepreneurial thinking
• Sound leadership competencies, ideally in the social sector or in healthcare
• Interest in working with people with disabilities
• High social competence, resilience and appreciative communication
• Strong communication skills as well as a high degree of responsibility and empathy
