What awaits you You process incoming correspondence from the bankruptcy and debt collection offices and consistently implement debt collection law measures. You manage customer positions with arrears that are in the debt collection process or for which bankruptcy has been opened. You are in direct exchange with customers for the amicable settlement of open positions. You are the contact point for our customer advisors and other internal departments for questions regarding SchKG topics. You contribute on a case-by-case basis to smaller projects and cross-functional topics. What you bring with you You have completed basic commercial training (ideally in a bank) or an equivalent qualification. You bring experience in credit business, dunning, in restructuring/insolvency proceedings or in debt collection/bankruptcy matters. You have good knowledge of the Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (SchKG) or are willing to acquire this quickly. With your strong communication skills, empathy and negotiation skills, you convince in the exchange with internal as well as external contact persons.
